Reservation and Cancellation

We apply general reservation and cancellation regulations unless the customer and the lodger have otherwise approved. All online prices include taxes. Spauna has the right to change prices and terms if so willing.

Making and Confirming Reservations

Services and products are reserved online in All reservations are confirmed with email, that lists both the reserved services and their prices. You must provide sufficient information with your reservation in order to get the confirmation. The customer agrees to follow the terms and regulations once the reservation confirmation is received. Reservations can be made only by persons of legal age (18 years or older).

Deposit Payment

We require deposit payments of all reservations. The deposit payment is 30% of the total value of the reservation. You can either make the payment online using Stripe (major credit cards) or PayPal or ask for an invoice. If the reservation fee has not been paid using either Stripe or PayPal, we will be sending an invoice by email.

Payment Methods

If you make an online reservation, you can pay either the total sum or the deposit payment with credit card or invoice. Credit card payments are made securely using Stripe or PayPal.

The remaining balance can also be paid when arriving in Spauna. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, the Finnish bank cards and cash.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

All the cottages are available on check-in date at 2 pm. Check-out must be made by 11 am in the departure day. Please, let us know if you are arriving at a different hour. Check our office hours at


The cancellations must be made by email or phone.

The cancellation can be made free of charge until 2 days prior to arrival. If there are less than 2 days to the check-in date, the customer will be charged the deposit payment. The deposit payment is 30% of the total price of the reservation.

Skipping Arrival

If the customer does not arrive at all and the reservation has not been cancelled, Spauna has the right to charge a day's accommodation fee from the customer.
